Shout out to NY / CT Sila technician, Sean O’Hara! He’s a real professional — knowledgeable, solutions oriented, courteous and did right by us. If you’re a prospective customer, ask for Sean. If you’re Sila, clone him.
I would like to commend both technicians, Mr. Michael Ransom and Mr. Zahir Abdul-Hakim, for their outstanding service and professionalism today (3/17/2026). Both employees went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service.
They were very thorough in explaining the issue we were experiencing and clearly outlined the steps they would take to resolve it. Additionally, they arrived on time, were fully prepared to begin work, and maintained a clean work area throughout the process and after completing the job.
We are extremely pleased with the level of service provided and wanted to express our sincere appreciation.

Michael and Devon were outstanding as they installed my split ductless air-conditioning and heater in my house. They were professional courteous and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend.
