I took my grandma out on her first day away from the nursing home in months. She kept saying, “Mijo, I’m too old for all this makeup stuff.” Hyacinth wasn’t having it.

I went into Sephora with nothing but a screenshot of a shopping list from my wife and absolutely no idea what I was looking for. Hyacinth immediately stepped in and made the whole experience incredibly easy.
She took the time to ask about my wife’s skin type, complexion, and what she was trying to achieve before helping me pick out every item. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel out of place.
