Scan and Go feature in the app makes shopping so much easier. Scan and checkout without fighting the lines. Club is usually well-stocked and has a good variety of brand name and Members Mark items. Still have a bottleneck at the exit though. They recently set up gantries to funnel people into defined lines but still can only fit one patron through the door at a time.

Mack at the tire center, was very helpful and explained the process of fixing my tire very clearly. He was true to the time it would take to fix the tire. I look forward to going back when I need new tires.

Excellent customer service at the tire shop . I had a flat at their location . The manager fixed my new tire without a fuss. It was almost store closing time . Thank you Sam’s Club. You have excellent kind / helpful staff
