Saia was the man. He was thorough in inspecting the problem and ended up finding the root cause of our water leak. Unfortunately it’s related to A/C so he couldn’t do a fix, but, he walked me through recommendations on what an AC specialist could look for, checked the extent of the damage (luckily very little!) and helped with cleanup and stabilizing for the time being. Very great service and thanks again for the help!
Saia was awesome. He had to come twice because of some complications and both times he was very kind and able to identify the issue and fix it in a very professional way. Bonus points that my dog barked at him a lot and he was unbothered and still came up to pet the dog. Thank you Saia!
We developed a mainline sewer blockage on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Called Rotorooter and someone appeared about an hour later. Rotorootered out our sewer and problem was fixed.
Received a call from a camera person a day later who came and identified tree roots which appeared to be in the city part of the line. Still negotiating with the city over repairs but grateful for the quick response from Rotorooter.
