I had breast reduction surgery 3 months ago with Dr. Howard. His office handled the insurance pre-approval, which made it very worth driving from SC to MD to have it done! Five days after surgery I had a hematoma & Dr. Howard got me into surgery immediately and fixed it perfectly. I feel great, I look great, and everyone in his office has been nice and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend him!
