Thank you Angel Bouchelle and Cathy Waters for your assistance in the design and purchasing of the many items I need for my bathroom and powder room. I found it overwhelming to do this on my own. When I received an incorrect tub and a damaged vanity, Angel and Cathy were right there to deal with the manufacturers and obtain a replacement. Both bathrooms are beautiful and I could not be happier.Kathy R.
Nice showroom, albeit small, to walk around, get ideas and examine samples, but the workers outright ignore you. My wife and I went in there on Sat, walked around for 35 minutes pulling out sample doors we liked, and got zero response from either worker (designer?) in there.Yes, they were working with other customers, but they interacted with each other and even walked right passed us without so much as a glance in our direction. It wasn't until we finally decided to leave that one of them waved goodbye to me as we walked out the door.Oh well, guess they're doing well enough to let business literally walk out the door.
Cathy and her staff at the Annapolis show room provide an outstanding service to their clients. I am a contractor that has been working with Reico for years and they always come through with what is necessary to complete the project as designed!Services: Remodeling
