I am so thankful that I found Melissa. The minute I walked into her office I knew this was my girl. When you find your person - you stick with them and that is exactly what I'll be doing! I had been to 3 other people for Botox but never got the warm and caring vibe that I get from Melissa. She took the time to go though everything with me when others would rush me. I apparently have strong muscles right above my eyebrows. When I had botox before (from 2 other others) they stated that it was normal for me to have a divot there and there wasn't much they could do to get that resolved. I told Melissa I wasn't happy with that part and she said I got you and now I don't have that at all! So incredible! Melissa gave me great suggestions and ideas and was so kind and helpful she even said I'm an open book. She emailed me after my filler to see how I was doing..... Talk about top notch customer service. She is excellent at her job and I'm a lifer with her for sure. If you want to speak with someone on botox or filler she is your girl!
