This was better than I thought it might be and is a wonderful experience. I'm still feeling very relaxed and it's a day later. Watch the brief video before coming for your first visit, book your spa time and show up ready for a float.

Just tried this for the first time 37 week’s pregnant. It was so nice being able to float on my back and belly! I was given a noodle for extra support for flipping on my belly. This helped relieve my back aches and was a huge stress relief. I liked that you could adjust the lighting in the float pod. The pod smelled weird but appeared to be very clean. Definitely a cool experience and I feel amazing!

Went here just for a different experience and it was really nice! I'm sure through continued use I could see the benefit. I would definitely like to go for an extended amount of time. The owner is very nice and informative. The spa is very clean and cozy. I loved the ambience. I'll definitely come again in the future

Paradise can be found in stillness. We offer an opportunity to remove all external stimuli and simply be still. Floating effortlessly in 10" of water infused with 1,000 lbs of Epsom Salt so you can't help but float. Water is kept at skin temperature so you even lose track of where your skin ends and the water begins. Then you can turn out all the lights (optional) and you have no sound. As your monkey mind slows down, the mental healing begins. All through your float you are absorbing the magnesium sulfate (Epsom salts) which does tremendous things for your body. Reducing inflammation, reducing cortisol, reducing lactic acid from tired muscles, binding to endorphins, lowering blood pressure and increasing vasodilation.
