Big home projects can be quite anxiety inducing, because you’re not sure if your vision will be understood by the company or what problems will be discovered along the way. Oasis handled our patio redo like true champs, unexpected challenges and all! Their customer service was top notch: from picking out pavers in the convenience of our home to be able to compare to an existing pool, to quick responses and replies, to Travis cleaning our pool on the day of our graduation party! I love my new pool and patio. The auto cover is a great feature. We had a few issues along the way but Oasis stuck with it until it was completed correctly. I am very pleased with the end product.
