Herbert has excellent customer service! I was just expecting to have my dryer vent cleaned. I knew my outside vent cover needed to be replaced from wear and tear. Did not know that Herbert had the part with him, and was able to replace the part. I am more than satisfied! Thank you Herbert!
Great service with David today. Helped clean out our dryer ducts. He called ahead of time to provide an ETA and called upon arrival. Very professional and polite. He even wore the shoe covers I offered to help keep the floors clean. Walked me through cleaning out my dryer as well to help prevent lint build up. Very satisfied and would recommend their services!
