Foundation Fitness of Annapolis

This gym has everything you need for a good workout (machines, free weights, cardio, multiple rooms) and my personal favorite has a sauna. The gym is also clean and all the staff/other members are very friendly. I recommend this gym to anyone who is in the area and looking for a good workout!

Foundation has been awesome to me!! I signed up just before the new year due to moving into the area from Northern Maryland and I have nothing negative to say! Lots of space to work out, very friendly staff members, and nice new equipment that makes you want to come back…. Not to mention the sauna!!! Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a large, affordable, and positive atmosphere-like gym!

This gym has everything you need for a good workout and is always organized and clean. The owner is always on top of things and makes this gym the best in Annapolis. I really recommend this gym to anyone who loves working out or wants to start working out!
