The ladies have always been helpful and kind every time I’ve gone in the office for help with energy assistance. They helped me with whatever paperwork I needed or provid me with resources. Thank you ladies.
Honest opinion, if you are in urgent need of assistance have a BACKUP plan!!! You can qualify do everything correctly and still not get the needed assistance you need. Remember what they do for one person they might not do for you. I had a family member get rental assistance with community action agency.. She got the needed help to stop her eviction and pay the current month rent..This wasn’t too long ago, it was last year..
I fell on hard times and needed help this month paying my rent.. No my expectations wasn’t for them to pay everything I owed but at least a month worth to help prevent the eviction. Keep in mind I’m in school, I have two kids and not heavily...read full review
Very patient and knowledgeable team providing unmatched efforts, whether I was approved or denied they provided additional resources to best help support me. During challenging times I am thankful for the efforts as these graceful women were a delight. Thank you ladies in the front and back! :)
