I have been a patient of Dr. Biles for a few months now, and after many visits and follow up exams, I can do more than give 5 stars....I would recommend my family and friends go see her for their dermatology care. I am surprised by some reviews on here, because I have had no off-putting interactions with ANY of the staff - front desk, check out, or the assistants.VERY thorough initial/new patient exam which I have not had in forever so that was great to see initially, and they so far have been pretty timely with my appointment times.

I was able to make an appointment and see a doctor within a week at the Annapolis location. My appointment was for 7:40 AM. The office opens at 8. I was there at 7:40, checked in and was called for my appointment a little before 8. Reception was lightly staffed due to the holiday but very pleasant and efficient. I had a list of items to discuss in addition to a 6 mos psoriasis check-in and a skin cancer full body check. The doctor examined me, answered all my questions, and gave me informative info on what products work/don't work. I was finished in less than 20 minutes. Perfect!
