We had not had our septic cleaned since we moved to Annapolis. A neighbor recommended this company, and I am so thankful he did. It is a local, small business. The woman who answered the phone indicated it would be her husband, Henry, who would come out. They scheduled us within several days. Two men showed up right on time, Henry and another fellow whose name I did not get. They sized up the layout of the system immediately. They were very professional, neat, and thorough. The owner answered all my questions about the workings of this double chamber tank system. We will definitely call them regularly for service.
