We had a house project with a lot of moving parts(framing, drywall, masonry, etc.) and the folks at Blue Star were a one-stop shop to complete everything. They were great to work with and completed the job ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the results and will call them for future projects.
Since 2013 Blue Star has been our go to contractor to keep a recently sold downtown Annapolis historic home in tip top condition. Inside and outside painting, wood repairs, etc. Just superb work - done professionally with great management communications at a very fair price. Much thanks to Will, Becca, Barton and the rest of the team for always being there for us. If you need work done in the area - call them you will be happy you did.
In winter 2025, Blue Star Chesapeake managed a double-bathroom renovation for us plus a bedroom expansion and upgrade. With a team led by Rebecca Ramsey, they were great and their work was terrific. The entire team, including sub-contractor plumbers, electricians and others, were perfectionists in their trades, hard-working, considerate to their customers, and provided quality services. And, they cleaned up after themselves every day they worked. If you are looking for a home contractor that will communicate well throughout your projects, and genuinely care about the quality of their work, we would recommend you consider Blue Star Chesapeake.
