Benchmark was one of five roofing companies that I received quotes from to replace my roof. Of all of the quotes that I received Justin provided the best price and a detailed quote that spelled out exactly what materials were going to be used and what the job was going to entail. All of the other roofing companies used high pressure sales tactics by offing discounts if you signed the contract that business day. The written quotes consisted of a price handwritten on their business letter head stating the price was good one year but offered no description of the materials being used or the services being provided. Justin’s crew did a fantastic job they arrived on time, were courteous and polite. My roof looks fantastic they cleaned up when they were done, you wouldn’t even know they removed a roof and replaced it. I highly recommend using Benchmark Roofers, Justin is a real professional and it reflects in the job his crew performs.
5 star experience from start to finish. Submitted a quote online and within 1 hour, the owner, Justin, was at the house discussing everything etc. Less then 48 hours a quote was issued. Justin was very thorough in explaining the entire process. He called on Memorial Day to let us know he had an opening the next day, which we gladly accepted. Got a knock on the door at 7:00am and by 11:00am we have a brand new roof! Justin helped prep the yard for the work and came back after it was completed to double check that all nails and debris were picked up.
