When my husband and I decided to build our dream house on the Severn River in Annapolis, we were absolute novices. Our only prior experience with renovations had been several kitchen remodels. We had no real understanding of what a major, whole-house renovation would entail. We were introduced to Bayview Builders by our architect. Our kitchen and first floor renovation was a major project for us. Dave and his team at Bayview made us feel completely at ease. From demolition to the final results they were extremely thorough and professional. We lived onsite through the construction so we got to know the team very well. Our project manager Richard was very respectful of our space. Once the project was complete Bayview paid as much attention to the punch out list as the entire project. Dave, Richard and Taylor you guys are the best!! We have moved into phase 3 of construction in our home with Bayview. We wouldn't think of using another company.
