Changing long term veterinary is difficult until you align when services declined to the date they were puchased. Bay Ridge is the last Annapolis vet practice which services are NOT directly tied to a paycheck, bonus incentives, and employee retention. Vet practices have been gobbled up by hedge funds which has evolved pet rescue into being rebranded as owning a luxury item. After encountering poor service for my boy Hammer, I did a deep dive into vet ownership to find the root of the problem. My heart sank from what I learned. So glad I found a local, permanent and reliable vet for my new dog. Everyone (from the front desk, to the vet tech and the veterinarian) was awesome. They knew what they were doing and did it well.

We have been with this practice for over 30 years, first with our cat and now with our dog. We have found every vet, tech, and other office staff member to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They've been through everything with us and our pets. I thoroughly trust their guidance and advice for my pets. Their prices and practices are aligned with the market.
