A very fine operation. I came in for a replacement key for my car. Dan, the shop manager, was very clear and upfront about the procedure. Promptly ordered the key and programmed it three or four days later. Professional and courteous throughout. Took a great amount of pride in his work and the locksmith profession more generally. I would absolutely go back for anything related to locks or keys. The place inspires trust.

My 2012 Chevrolet Silverado ignition key was totally worn out.
The locksmith whose name is Dan Thompson, knew exactly what to do and made two keys for me and now I’m back on the road!

We purchased an extra car key online and visited Baldino's to have it cut and programmed. Although ultimately the programming did not work, Baldino's did not charge us anything and cut the key for free.(Note - beware and avoid "Maryland Locksmith" on Aquahart Road in Glen Burnie - they will charge you $50+ even if their programming fails!)Baldino's gave us great service with no appointment. They referred us to another expert who they thought may have the software upgrade needed to do the programming. In the end, thanks to Baldino's, at least we have an extra key that opens the door if we ever lock the original in the car. Five stars all... read full review
