I recently had an experience with Dr. Yiran 'Mike' Jiang that I will never forget. While trying to expedite an appointment for my daughter at the Fairfax office due to some concerning LabCorp results (including a positive ANA panel), I accidentally reached Dr. Jiang’s personal voicemail. To my surprise, he actually picked up. After I explained my anxiety as a parent, he didn't just tell me to call the front office in the morning. I brought my mother in for an appointment, and when we arrived, we were told the appointment was not on the schedule. The front desk associate was very apologetic and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Thanks to her attention to detail and pleasant disposition, we were able to be seen that same day. I truly appreciated her professionalism
