I came to Yoga Factory in great pain, I was a newbie and quite nervous! The instructors are all welcoming, take time to make sure you know form and explain the benefits of each posture. Since I started in October, I’ve lost 46 pounds. I’ve felt welcomed, encouraged, and look forward to each class! I highly recommend Yoga Factory ❤️

I absolutely loved this space and highly recommended! Phil was so welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in through the door. I am grateful for this evening’s practice as it was exactly what my body was needing! I’ll definitely be back tomorrow and in the future when visiting my hometown…Annapolis.

Annapolis Power Yoga has great instructors who are clearly invested in what they teach. They offer several different types of yoga and lots of classes throughout the week. The meditation class is fantastic. Facility is clean and showers are available.
