I had amazing service here! They were able to assist me in recovering files off of a broken flash drive. They were very communicative about the process from start to finish as was able to replace it faster than predicted!

I’m very happy with the service I received at Annapolis Geeks! Brought my very aged laptop in for a new keyboard - Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly got my computer back to me in just a few days. Highly recommend!! Aug 2023.

Brian was the technician I worked with when I had an emergency requiring a non-scheduled walk in with an external hard drive issue. Wound up that it was more likely my laptop than the device I brought in and they wound up not even charge me the $99 diagnostic fee, just thought the service was exemplary in terms of response time, creating reasonable expectations, and not charging a fee when clearly they could have.
