I submitted a few reviews, but don't see my review listed, so thought I'd try again. Last December (2024) I contracted with Ace Handyman Services Annapolis to do a lot of work in my bathroom and to paint a few ceilings. I was absolutely blown away by the high level of the work, and Jim A. was very patient with all of my questions. ACE is a little bit more expensive, but I'd never go anywhere else. I trust them, and they do great work.
Representative Jim A. was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the options and steps to be followed. Jim also offered advice I hadn’t previously considered I highly recommend the service I received.
Ron was great. I had work that spanned five visits. Ron offered suggestions to avoid unnecessary costs, was efficient, and explained what was done when tasks were completed. He’s friendly, courteous, and professional. Outstanding value for the service, plus it’s warranted. I’ll request Ron for future work.
