Jason did a follow up on checking our chimney cap, which was inaccessible without a 40ft ladder. He checked it out and took pictures to show me what was installed and how it looked—this was what I needed to see. I was very satisfied with his service. As this was a follow up there was no charge.
Talked with Aica from Customer Service She was kind and friendly Juan Romero did Service on my house on October 13th. He did the outside and inside for pest control. He also set up an appointment for me to get termite and mold treatment on October 20th Ecoshield is a great company with great employees. Keep up the great work GOD BLESS.
