My heat went out 2 days before Christmas and on the coldest night of the year! No problem...United Mechanical Engineering Services to the rescue! I called early on the morning of Christmas Eve and a UMES rep was able to get a technician out to my house that same morning to fix the problem. What a blessing to receive fantastic quality service right before a major holiday from one of the best HVAC companies in the area. Thank you UMES for caring about your customers.

It’s so good to work with a professional, yet friendly vendor these days! Mr. Thompson was nice, right out of the gate. He was prompt, listened to my concerns, and shared the best course of action for me to take. The job took a while to complete, but Mr. Thompson stayed and finished everything late into the evening. When he finished, he showed me what he did and told me why he had done things that way. He cleaned up and placed everything that was moved back into place.
