Welp never buying a Beretta or their products again terrible customer support ended chat on me with no help to resolve my issue. I purchased a BRAND NEW 92xi flecktarn had to wait 7 days to get it then found out at 34 days about the extended warranty (they hide behind the foam) and they told me they wouldnt honor it because im 4 days past the 30 day deadline.... whys it so tight i legit bought it 34 days ago. What a joke just screwing yourself ill never buy your products or give you business or recommendations again. You want to do the right thing give me an email to reach out. Even wasted all my time filling out everything and mailing you it. Its not like im asking for a warranty claim gun hasnt even been shot yet. They also wont sell the night sights for it that work with red dot mounts they sell its clearly sold and shown on the 92xi performance but they said I have to buy a new gun if I want those sights that they dont sell them seperate yet theyll sell me barrel off it separately. Berrettas gotten too corporate and stopped caring about its customers. Also tried buying cx4 storm and every rep I talk to tells me a different story and no one knows if their discontinued in USA or not had one guy tell me it is and another told me more coming this august so which is it if I even entertain buying another Beretta product (after this disaster most likley won't) still off put on the warranty and them not honoring it. Ill make sure everyone knows this too.

    1 Star because I can't give a negative.

I bought two a300's for my boys when they joined the clay shooting team. Neither of the guns could cycle light loads. Shells would get caught or stuck almost every single time. Action on both guns was difficult to pull back. Beretta told me to run a couple boxes of heaver load through them, which I did, but it did not improve for the light loads.

Now I'm stuck with both guns sent to beretta for repair for 6-8 weeks during the clay target season. My options are pay Beretta another $400 to expedite, or source other guns. I was told replacement was not an option, swapping parts was not an option, and them expediting the service themselves was not an option, even though the guns are brand new (from Bass Pro) and never ever worked correctly.

I've never been more disappointed with customer service, especially when paying more (compared to a CZ) for an American brand, manufactured locally in Tennessee.

    Never again.

First I bought an a400 back in the summer that had problems so had to send it back. Got it back after a long wait and firearm still wasn’t fixed. Had to send it to Coles to be fixed correct. Ended up being a part that was defective and should’ve never been used in the first place. I should’ve learned my lesson but instead bought the ax800. The gun is a single shot with 2-3/4” shells even after 200-250 rnds. The initial email I received said 4 week turnaround. It’s been 7 weeks and I’ve still yet to receive my firearm back. I didn’t get to hunt the last month of duck season or snow goose conservation season with it. Pretty disappointing after spending that much on a firearm. It’s a shame there quality control has went down hill like it has. My old a400 from 2020 has been great. Also if given the option send any warranty work for Cole’s. They have way better customer service and will get you fixed right the first time. They wouldn’t let me with the ax800 because it was so new.

I spoke with Melanie in technical support. She was competent, polite, and professional. She also knew exactly what she was talking about it when it came to the firearms I needed help with.

Great job with hiring her Beretta. Pleasure to deal with her and your company.

I recently bought an a300 competition shotgun. I was not allowed to inspect it and the local FFL because they are bad in their own rights. I called Beretta after not getting any assistance from wholesaler and was told that their warranty isn't actually a warranty because it's not covering damage to the guns that they did in assembly and their quality control didn't care enough to not send out. The lady on the phone tried to tell me it's like buying a car and it's my duty to inspect everything before taking delivery of it. That logic can't possibly hold true because if a car has a faulty assembled radio, transmission, engine, etcetera that fails in a very short period of time then it can't possibly be the purchaser's fault in the manufacturer is responsible for failure to add fluids or to notice structural defects or to ensure spatial alignment tolerances etc.

Horrific customer service. Rude and condescending on a good day, thats if they even respond. Never buy a Beretta product.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service and warranty. I signed up and registered/etc. per their terms to get the rebate, only to find out I never registered w/in 30 days so I only get 1 year warranty, and they refuse to correct it to 3 years. (You also have to wonder why they aren't lifetime like many of their competitors.) This made me decide to never buy another Beretta, and I was going to buy at least 3 more that are no longer on my list. Also, I had a warranty issue on a web order, and they gave me store credit, which I appreciate. However, the items I was trying to replace never came back in stock and I eventually just had to use it or lose it and couldn't use discount codes to save like my original purchase. I eventually bought something that is too small. I tried to contact customer service, and their website after a refresh said, in the middle of the day, they aren't there-- I had been waiting a while... I called, and eventually opted to get the callback-- NEVER HAPPENED. I called the next day, and checked the website, and eventually they came online and talked to me. Their rep, Ben, didn't offer to return the item, and said they can't get parts, then sent me to amazon (with links) and wanted me to fix it myself and spend more money on a full priced item. I may end up returning this anyway and trying to get my store credit back.
