Orkin has done a really great job. They work with me on solving problems, they explain things to me about how they are going to take care of any issues, & they are always ready to address my questions. Also their Customer Service is excellent! They are always courteous & address any needs that I may have. They do a wonderful job!

ORKIN is a fantastic service! They have been incredibly responsive when scheduling/confirming service days and answering any questions we have had. They always show up and they have never missed a service. Our service tech Tim has been such a great source of information and always so friendly. When I have called the office I have always had a wonderful experience! Everyone treats you like family and not just a number. Thank you for being so wonderful! There are so many things I like about this company. When I called I had a professional on the phone with the compassion of a sort of friend. When I called I was expecting to be waiting for service a week or two out, but no I was greatly surprised when they fit me in the next day with a time that was convenient for me. Everything that I needed to do was explained. When the technician came he was on time and very friendly. He asked if I understood everything that needed to be done, I said yes and he explained how I couldn't be in the house for several hours. I felt good about leaving this man in my home without me supervising. I recommend this company the price was affordable...read full review
