Had our annual service call for our AC, water heater and furnace today. Andrew , the technician, was prompt, friendly and efficient.
We were visited by a repair technician, who told us we needed a new air conditioner. He quickly set up an appointment with a salesman for a few days later. Perry came out on Friday and sold us a new AC. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy. He said it would be mid July before the AC could be replaced, but when he phoned in, he was able to book us in for today. The guys (Trevor and Matt) came by today at the scheduled time and installed a new machine in four hours. They also were very friendly, helpful and clean. We really appreciate all the great service. Thank you!
