Been loyal to this location from last 3 years but recently I had 2 consecutive bad experiences. Clearly told the hair stylist about the desired length of hair, but somehow they messed up each and every time.
Asked to cut only 1 inch, but instead left me with 1 inch length of the hair.
I visited Ultracuts - Henderson Highway and got a great cut by Bella. She was lovely in her interactions with myself and the other clients who came in or called while I was there. I have booked my kids in for later this week. She could have used a receptionist though as she was required to answer the phone and deal with walk-ins while I was in her chair. I had nowhere to be so it was not a problem but an observation that the stylist was doing the work of two people.
