From initial enquiry to the installation the service and attention to detail of the air conditioning company was excellent. Everyone knew ‘their stuff’. There was no hard sell and they encouraged us to visit their showroom before deciding who use. The pre-installation team patiently dealt with a lot of detailed questions about where units could be positioned and pipes could run, so we had a very clear picture of what the installation would be like and there were no surprises.
