“Penner Trees removed 6 big trees for us. These trees were located in a tight space between our house and our fence with our neighbour. They removed all trees without damaging our or neighbour’s property. You could see they have a team of well-trained individuals who prioritize safety, and show care to your property while working in it. This was a tough job and they took an extra day to finish it safely.
They completed the work as communicated and as quoted. They didn’t try to charge extra during or after the work was completed.
During the work they were very professional, kind and they communicated through the process.
After the work was completed they showed me pictures of potential damages they might have caused. These damages were known to me, so it was fine.
All in all, we are very happy with the service we received. We recommend them to our friends and family. We hope we won’t need to remove more trees but we will certainly call Eddie and his team if we have to remove more trees.“
