We experienced rodent damage to our vehicle which was extremely stressful. Eric, Christina and the team at Thomas Restoration were amazing. They were empathetic and their level of service was above and beyond. We would highly recommend them and as much as I hope we will never have a reason to do business with them, because that would mean we would have an issue with our vehicle, they would be our number 1 choice should our vehicle need repairs. They made a very stressful situation much less stressful!

I brought my vehicle to Thomas Restoration after dealing with a serious rodent infestation, and they completely exceeded my expectations. From the initial assessment to the final pickup, the entire team was communicative, honest, and incredibly skilled.
They handled the claim with detail, thorough cleaning and removal of all damage, excellent odor elimination, perfect restoration of the interior, and even took care of some additional detailing that made my car look and smell better than before the issue. The first thing you realize when you find out you have rodent damage is how few shops are equipped to handle the job. The second thing you realize quickly is that many of the shops qualified to do the work seem to not want the work. I knew from the moment the phone was answered at Thomas Restoration I was going to be in good hands. Now that the works done, I can't thank the group enough for their hard and professional work. My vehicle is as good as new, and they handled all dealings with MPI. I would never go anywhere else or trust any other group with my vehicles and trailers.
