We had a bit of an appointment hiccup. My friend had booked online for an up-do as she was attending a wedding, but never received an email confirmation. The morning of, she called to confirm the time and they said they had no record of the appointment and that their scheduling system ran into problems occasionally. She accepted this but then was so upset about it as it was for a special event. I gave them a call back to see if we could make this right for her. Eventually they agreed to get us in even though they were fully booked. And it was even the owner who ended up doing her hair! We greatly appreciated the effort. It looked great! By far all Aveda products help with maintaining healthy hair upkeep. I love NEXTGEN because all the hairdressers are excellent in hair color. This salon is one of my favorites over 20 years now for the service and product! Amy is my go to for craftsmanship of cut!!! She’s also a sweetheart. But I’ve had every one of their stylists including the owner and infamous Melissa do my hair. Love going there and always happy with results.
