Very cute pumpkins available! I purchased one, but there was a lady who didn’t seemed thrilled to help me and attempted to quickly walk away from me. It made me want to not buy the pumpkin I picked up. I expected better service than this.
I’ve found dealing with the AI phone system to be quite frustrating.
In general I’ve called countless times and, on multiple occasions, have been unable to reach anyone in the various department. The phone lines simply ring and ring without being answered.
I’m also not sure whether the AI system is actually connecting customers to the appropriate departments or simply transferring them to a general phone line. Either way, customers shouldn’t have to call multiple times and wait 7+ minutes listening to a phone continuously ring with no answer. On one occasion, I finally received a brief answer after about 5 minutes, only to be transferred again to another line… read full review
