This is by far the best place to get an oil change. You’re able to use your status card here and the staff is so friendly and fast. This is the only place that I don’t get scammed into buying things I don’t need. Everywhere else always says I need a bunch of things I don’t need. They only ever ask about things that I do need at super lube. Been coming here for years all my family and friends now go here as well! Big appreciation to will Fred that works there he is amazing
Picked up a screw in my tire. Fast friendly staff quickly changed the tire and patched it and I was on my way in 10 minutes. This service is truly a gem by a great company. Thank you
We discovered a major issue with our car on a Friday evening after close. Saturday morning first thing we called the Portage location and Lance was able to squeeze the vehicle in.
Unfortunately they were not able to repair the car immediately due to a parts availability issue outside of their control. But Monday morning we received updated schedule and the work was completed as quick as we could have asked for.
There did end up being a minor issue following the initial repair, but once Lance got word of the issue, we were accommodated immediately again and all was rectified.
