Ancient filing system they have. They lost my prescription and repeatedly asked if I "changed my name" at all . Like that makes any sense. Then they had the nerve to ask me to me to pay $90.00 for another eye exam. As if Id give them the chance to lose my script again. I guess that's how they stay in business.

I just got a two for two experience while using business' on Selkirk here at Sullivan Michaels. Its really annoying and I'm pretty sensitive to this brand of conduct as its prevalent and oddly normalized among our business and Political leaders. Even our Doctors enjoy leaping at opportunities to project blame onto me for their shortcomings. Like at the Pharmacy down the street who gave away my seizure meds, these friendly folks jumped at the chance to blame me for their screw up.
