First time going to Sophisticuts and we will definitely be back!! So impressed with the care taken to groom my little dog, who can be a handful. I was so impressed from the start- relationship building to help my dog (first timer) feel comfortable. Noelle took the time to learn about my dog- personality, what might upset him, his strengths / concerns. Noelle took her time asking how to groom/ what (I) his caregiver wants. I was more than impressed. Picking my dog up, Noelle took time asking about my dog’s personality and gave feedback/ insight. The grooming result was the best my dog has ever had.
