I was supposed to call the Waterloo location but accidentally called this location in Manitoba to book my appointment. Even though I did not use this business for the haircut, the guy was very accommodating with the appointment. They close at 7 but the guy was determined and hardworking enough to accommodate me at 7. Keep up the good work guys!!! Highly recommend them for their excellent service
