Came in earlier this week and was so happy and impressed by the great customer service! Especially by Tarn, she was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to explain how the machines work and made sure she checked up on me mid workout to ensure I still felt comfortable!! The staff at this location are amazing, they make you feel at ease and ensure you have a great workout. Thank you to the staff here and especially Tarn for making me happy with my decision to chose Shapes as my gym!

I recently recovered from knee surgery and have slowly been getting back into the gym. I have been looking at different gyms, and this one is close to my house. I ultimately choose this gym because the worker, tarnveer, was so helpful. She showed me all the different classes they offer, which is really helpful for not knowing much about the gym. She was very nice and friendly, which made me choose this gym. Need more workers like her in the gym atmosphere!

I’m not really a big fan of the SHAPE location at McPhillips, mainly because of the staff experience there. However, I really appreciate the guidance and support I receive from Mandeep at the Henderson location. She is always helpful, keeps me updated about promotions, and answers all my questions with patience and clarity. Her professionalism and willingness to help truly stand out.
