We had flood in our basement with raw sewage coming up. When I called ServiceMaster they sent out a group that were helping out from Ontario. Brad and Kyle and their team were fantastic! Right from the initial visit to the clean up they were so kind and thoughtful. If I could give them a 15 out of 10 I would!! It was such a stressful time and they couldn't have been kinder. I would definitely recommend them!!

We just want to thank ServiceMaster Restore for attending to our flood emergency so quickly, but we really want to single out Mitch, who supervised our demolition.
He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness. He went above and beyond the call to ensure our basement was kept organized of its' contents, and the affected areas clean and free of dust including our main floor.

Mitch and Matt arrived on schedule and put floor protection down. They moved all of the items from the cupboards impacted from the water damage into boxes and removed the flood damaged material under the linoleum. They treated all water damaged drywall with spray so nothing toxic would become airborne. They removed all the damaged cupboards and vacuumed up all the debris. We could not have been happier with their professional and friendly interactions with us and their attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make the repairs necessary and minimize the disruption to our home as best they could, even repaired a couple of broken stairs on our deck.
