I used Jim In the past and currently on a couple rentals. The first time I used him was because another company was gauging me in pricing and even after the first time they did the work nothing was done. I found Jim through a contact and he didn’t everything right and was priced super well and he goes above and beyond what he has to do. He honestly did me a solid before and this year right now.
