Was having cooling/furnace issues. Paul went above and beyond. I could tell he cared about the customer and his attention to details. Very happy I used Reliable again and happy they are in the neighborhood.
Very pleased with a new furnace, air conditioner and air exchanger installed in March/May 2025 by Reliable Heating & Cooling - Winnipeg. I worked with Tim on an issue with our previous furnace and wanted to upgrade our other HVAC equipment. Tim was extremely helpful & knowledgeable in providing the various options on a Daikin furnace & AC package as well as suggestions for a new air exchanger. No pressure tactics, patient in my research and in setting up all the installs since the furnace was done a couple months before the AC. We have been dealing with Reliable heating and air conditioning for years. We just had another furnace and A/C unit installed in our current home and couldn’t be more pleased with the sales and service we received. We would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new furnace or A/C unit.
