I went here with my mom as walk ins and this was our first time here at Pro Nails. Before I went here I phoned them to ask some questions like how long it will take, etc. Then when we came here we waited a little bit and they assisted us after. Hanna got my nails done and I must say she is awesome! She really listened and did what I wanted. She is also friendly and nice! She got it done for only 1 hr or so and it was really quick. I always get home service for my nails because the last time I went to different Salon it took me 2 to 3 hours, so that is so much time, that's why I never want to try the Salon again. My daughter and i went in. I got pedicure, she got manicure. We were both thrilled with not only the job they did but how nice our aestheticians were. We both have our now favourite people and will be regular customers and ask for those people. This wasn't our first time at this location and it definitely won't be our last.
Although my toes look good.My feet and toenails were in pretty good shape when I went in there. They didn't need much work compared to others around. Thus the gal that did my feet didn't have to spend much time on them.So I thought maybe I would get a longer massage. I am sure the people that work there have a time limit on each person that comes in. I think mine lasted a total of 2 minutes.I was very disappointed.
