They are a well managed group of professionals. The estimates are done thoroughly and promptly-the work is excellent. We’ve had several roofing jobs done in three different homes and were always happy with the results. Great experience, fixed up the damage in the corner of our roof, looks good as new! Came on a rainy day and got the job done!! Highly recommend! Quote and pricing was reasonable, they didn’t try to sell us on a bunch of other unneeded work like some other companies. Would use them again in the future!
Pristine has been parking its vehicles illegally across public sidewalks, forcing wheelchair users to navigate the street to pass. Earlier this year, the company was contacted and was combative about its sense of entitlement and justified how it believes it is above the law. Employees continue to thumb their nose at community safety because long after this was addressed with multiple incidents brought to the company's attention, they were still found to be endangering our neighbourhood yesterday. Should you really trust your family's safety with dishonest and inconsiderate people?
