Members appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who provide valuable workout tips and excellent customer service. The atmosphere is motivating, making it easier for individuals to achieve their fitness goals. Many have reported seeing amazing results since joining and enjoy the affordable pricing. With over 2,400 locations and a user-friendly app, Planet Fitness encourages everyone to get moving and embrace a healthier lifestyle. The gym has enough space for everyone, even during peak hours, and is kept clean and well-maintained. There is a fountain with water, and the large locker room offers plenty of lockers and space. The spa department is a separate type of pleasure that many members enjoy. Overall, members have had positive experiences and find the staff attentive and accommodating.
Better and cleaner than other gyms but lately becoming too noisy, little dirty and crowded. Also, cancelled membership at that gym but continued to charge all this year 2026. Later told me that need to go in person to cancel. Not possible to do that as people travel. We should be able to cancel via the App or by phone.
