The receptionist , Ray is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The whole staff take time to answer questions and explain what they are doing. I appreciated the personal attention the staff took to fit my compression socks and address concerns.
Dr. Pinette is a really good physician and I highly recommend him . I have been going to Dr.Pinettes clinic for veins and hair for many years , very happy , excellent care and service . I wouldn't go anywhere else !
Dr. Pinnete is incredibly knowledgeable and really works with you as a team. When I had a bad reaction to one of my medications, he didn't just brush it off—he helped me deal with the side effects and found other options so I wouldn't get discouraged.
He never pushes treatments on you, but he's always happy to answer any questions you have regarding other treatment paths. I've dealt with other dermatologists who made me feel embarrassed about my hair loss as a young woman and didn’t even help with treatment, but Dr. Pinnete always treats you with respect and professionalism.
