Phil's Barber Shop offers a great deal on Thursdays with excellent service for a quick and easy cut. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and quick service, with one satisfied customer mentioning their thick hair was cut in under 30 minutes. Whether it's a head shave or a haircut, Phil's Barber Shop is a steal at $10.
Frank did a fine job! He opens up once you talk to him a little and has a great sense of humor. You actually get more than what you pay for. I dont need a 50$ mens cut to walk around on the daily and ill be back to see him again. But ya he's not a stylist he's ur classic neighbourhood barber! Bring cash, leave a tip, make a joke! We are all unique in our own ways.
I'll start by saying that the last time I was at Phil's (Frank's) was in early 2012, when I moved away from Winnipeg. For some reason I was thinking about the area today, and here we are! I always liked Frank, and back then the haircuts were ~$5.00 so really not much to complain about, but he did do a great job nevertheless. It's neat to see that the decor hasn't changed all that much (same green metal lockers is what stood out the most). Take care.
Thursday special is a great deal. I'm happy with how my hair was cut ✂️ and I feel reading some reviews here there's many expecting 5* services during his very busy times "Thursdays special deal" and expecting red carpet treatment - truth be this deal won't be beat and is an excellent cost effective way for a quick and easy cut ?
