Amazing staff Took my morkie for grooming and Heather was fantastic with Rocco. Definitely the place I'm taking Rocco for his grooming needs.

I came in 10 min to close with my daughter tonight & received the most wonderful and pleasant customer service. Really refreshing and appreciated ☺️ the cashier was very helpful and kind.

I rated Petsmart only 3 stars bc the store was a bit of a mess, and there were bugs flying everywhere. At first, I thought they were fruit flies, but I've never seen fruit flies that size before, and I'm fr Ottawa, where we have countertop compost containers... Additionally, they had only 2 leash colours for tiny dogs in 6' length or tiny dog collars. However, the sparkle ✨️ and absolute gem of the store was Kya (??), the dog trainer and pet food advice giver. They spent so much time discussing the benefits of certain foods and ingredients, helping me find products, and generally putting me at ease that I felt wonderful when I left the store.
