Last week I came in with broken frames from a taboggan incident and no insurance. He was very patient, empathetic, and helped me weigh options and come up with an affordable solution. I popped into Pearle Vision just to grab some glasses cleaner for my husband’s Christmas stocking, and Sunny completely made my day! He was hands-down the BEST employee ever — so friendly, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me, even with such a small purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and did it all with the biggest smile. Customer service like that is rare these days, and Sunny absolutely nailed it. Give this guy a raise — I’ll definitely be back because of him!
