He's the freaking "the Posing Whisperer"I've been competing for a few years and hold three Pro Cards across two different Bodybuilding Federations. I have been a member at One Family Fitness for nearly a year and I am impressed with the professionalism of Kyla and the knowledge I have gained from her. A very clean and well stocked gymn. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Where do I start? This gym has had a huge impact on our lives. We joined together as a family of 4 with my 14-year-old daughter giving us the nudge. We visited about 6 gyms before we made the decision to make One Family Fitness our home. With the help of Dino and Kyla and frankly with all gym members and trainers because everyone supports each other and really makes it a comfortable safe space. I was of the mindset of “I don’t do gyms” to now saying “I want to go” and I’m 100% certain it’s the atmosphere at One Family Fitness that has changed my view!Our family is still going strong 8 months in and counting.
